BROOKLYN OUTDOOR COMPANY introduces one of the strongest folding cots with a 1000D sheet as standard equipment, previously available only as a stand-alone product!

The 300D (denier) fabric is comfortable enough to sleep on as it is, but by making it 1000D, which is thicker and stronger, we have further increased its power to overcome the bounce around the head and feet that tends to loosen up in other companies' 600D fabrics. It also adds an overwhelming quietness and a feeling of comfort. The water-resistant PU coating has also been applied to the details and colors to create a new level of sleeping comfort.

This cot, which was born from BOC's thorough research and development, can be easily assembled alone without the need for an instruction manual. Moreover, thanks to the 1000D sheet, originally developed by BOC, the cot can be assembled with less effort and with excellent firmness.

It not only avoids unevenness, but also reduces heat from the ground, providing a comfortable sleeping environment that is cool in summer and warm in winter. In addition, the height can be switched in two ways, which greatly eases the burden on the lower back when getting in and out of the sheet, even during long-term evacuation such as in the event of a disaster.

In addition, by paying thorough attention to the materials used, such as 1000D (denier) sheets and A7075 duralumin frame used for aircraft, you can feel the high quality not only when sleeping, but also from the assembly process.

Point 2 Many innovations to simplify assembly

In addition to the newly developed frame structure, it is designed to be easily assembled alone. For example, the newly developed locking system allows the leg frames to open and close with relatively light force. In addition, the two main poles on each side of the sheet can be threaded through the sleeves in one shot thanks to a guard on the side of the hole to prevent the poles from falling out of the leg attachment holes. The end of the sleeve has a dead end in the shape of a bag, and all these structures make it easy for one person to assemble.

Point 3 Eases the burden on the lower back when getting on and off of the cot.

The included cot legs allow a 2-way height change between 6.7 and 14.5 inches, which greatly eases the burden on the lower back when getting on and off of the cot. One of these cots will provide great peace of mind not only for camping, but also for long-term evacuation in times of disaster. It is also the best height for use as a bench.

The 1000D (denier*, the higher the number, the stronger) oxford nylon, which was developed in pursuit of lightness, durability, and comfort, and A7075 super duralumin, which is also used in aircraft, provide a load capacity of over 330lb. The figures are for distributed load capacity.

With a weight of approximately 26pounds (7.5 pounds including the cot legs), 20.4 inches x Φ7 inches in a storage bag, the weight and storage size are almost the same as those of the high-end model.
